1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using AYNI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Services

AYNI provides digital concierge services including website maintenance, SEO, social media management, email campaigns, Google Ad Grants management, branding, design, and strategic consultation for nonprofit organizations.

Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis with no long-term contracts required. You may cancel your subscription with 30 days' written notice.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing clients.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, grant necessary access to your digital properties, respond to requests in a timely manner, and use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your content and intellectual property. AYNI retains ownership of our methodologies, processes, and proprietary tools. Work product created specifically for you will be owned by you upon full payment.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of our partnership. This obligation survives termination of our agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

AYNI's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the month in which the claim arises. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you will remain responsible for all fees incurred through the termination date.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
